To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawl AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Services
Any unauthorized access to your data
Any harm to your pet resulting from use of the Services
Any other matter relating to the Services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12.3 Pet Health and Safety

We are not liable for any harm, injury, or death to your pet. Our Services provide information only and do not replace professional veterinary care.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawl AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Any harm to your pet
