Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When you delete your account, the following will happen:

• All your personal information will be permanently deleted

• All pet profiles and health data will be removed

• Recovery tracking history will be deleted

• Photos and videos will be permanently removed

• Active subscriptions will be canceled (no refund for current period)

• You will lose access to all app features immediately

Consider these alternatives:

• Export your pet's data before deletion

• Temporarily disable notifications instead

• Cancel your subscription but keep your account

How to delete your account

You have two options to request account deletion:

OPTION 1: Delete Within the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Pawl AI app:

1. Open the Pawl AI app on your device

2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)

3. Scroll down to "Account Management"

4. Tap "Delete My Account"

5. Review the information about what will be deleted

6. Enter your password to confirm

7. Tap "Permanently Delete Account"

Your account will be deleted immediately, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

OPTION 2: Email Request

Send an email to our support team with your deletion request:

Email: admin@pawlai.com

Please include:

• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"

• Your registered email address

• Your name

• Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

We will process email deletion requests within 48 hours and send you a confirmation.

Processing time

In-app deletions: Immediate

Email requests: Within 48 hours (usually within 24 hours)

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in backups for security purposes, after which it will be permanently purged.

What happens to your subscription?

If you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play:

• Your subscription will be automatically canceled

• You will not be charged for future billing cycles

• No refunds are provided for the current billing period

• You can also manage subscriptions directly in Google Play Store

To cancel your subscription without deleting your account: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Pawl AI > Cancel Subscription
